All of our meat is shipped fresh--ready for you to enjoy!

We use a combination of dry ice and ice packs inside of a styrofoam cooler that is then placed inside of a cardboard box for safe shipping. We use UPS shipping service to get your items promptly to you. Most locations in Texas arrive in 1-2 days. Please note that shipping can be impacted by weather or busy holiday seasons.

Well, we hate to hear that you are not in the great state of Texas, but you can still enjoy great meat! Shipping charges will be calculated for you when you enter your address. PLEASE NOTE: We only ship within the continental United States.

Your meat items should be removed from the box and refrigerated or frozen immediately after arriving. We recommend freezing items within 2 to 3 days if you are not going to enjoy them sooner.

Yes, we do! We sell both e-cards and physical cards. Simply choose the card and value you prefer and place the item in your cart.

For e-cards, after checkout, you will receive an email with the e-gift card code. Use it for yourself or feel free to print or forward the email to give as a gift!

For physical cards, we can mail it to you or your lucky recipient.

Simply set up an account in the checkout process and enter the recipient's address in the SHIP TO area. They will love your tasty gift! Way to go!

Orders placed BEFORE noon CT Monday through Thursday will be produced and shipped the same day. We use UPS 1-3 day shipping, although many will arrive within 1 day. We make sure to use plenty of ice packs, and sometimes dry ice, to make sure your product arrives safely.

Orders placed AFTER noon CT Monday through Wednesday, will be produced and shipped the next day.

We cannot deliver our perishable products on weekends. Therefore, any orders placed Thursday AFTER noon CT through Sunday, will not be produced and shipped until Monday.
